Who handles the data

What data and why
The contact form collects your name, phone, email and the text of your message. We use them only to answer your request and set an appointment.
If you leave your email for virtual try-on, we use it once: to tell you when it is ready.
If you agree to receive studio news, we write once a month at most. You can unsubscribe at any time.
For how long
Contact requests are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Customer data follows the legal retention periods for tax and health records.
The site uses no profiling cookies. It uses one technical cookie, to remember that you closed the contact panel.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. An email to ciao@acquavivastudio.it is enough.
If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
